This research was motivated by the importance of implementing Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) with the guidance of CHSE SNI 9042 2021 in the tourism sector, especially in nature tourism such as Jumog waterfall in Karanganyar Regency. The implementation of OSH is a crucial aspect to ensure the safety, comfort, and sustainability of the destination. The objectives of this study are to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of OSH at Jumog waterfall and to formulate strategies for improving OSH implementation at this destinasion. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a field study approach through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The results show that OSH implementation at Jumog waterfall has been carried out but is not yet optimal. This is because the health dimension has not implemented standard operating procedures (SOPs). Meanwhile, the safety dimension has also not been fulfilled due to the large number of human resources or facilities that are inadequate and do not comply with the CHSE SNI 9042 2021 guidelines.
